摘要
锅炉的输煤系统是锅炉的燃料输送单元,为了提高其控制现状,提出了在DCS中运用顺序控制使其做到自动启动和停止,并运用电视监控系统加以辅助的方法。从现场实际应用可以看出,该控制策略保证了生产操作的便捷和安全,并且提高了输煤系统的自动化水平,具有很好的实际应用前景。
Coal boiler is a boiler fuel delivery system unit, to improve the control status. Proposed the method of using sequential control in DCS to make it start and stop automatically and superadded the assist of television supervisory system. Practical application demonstrates that the control strategy can guarantee the convenience and safety of coal boiler during the productive progress, At the same time,it increase the level of automation of coal handling system also. This control strategy has better prospects for practical application.
