接触性热痛诱发电位在临床中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 接触性热痛诱发电位(contact heat evoked potentials,CHEPs)是痛觉诱发电位的一种,是指利用接触皮肤的可以在一定范围内升高(或减低)温度的探头来刺激皮肤的感觉神经末梢从而诱发神经系统反应的神经电生理技术。运用CHEPs以及与神经影像技术相结合可以记录痛觉的客观反应,评估痛温觉传导通路的情况;对探索痛觉本质、神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)病因及其病理生理机制研究提供一定方向;同时还可以对亚临床病变检测、指导临床用药和药物疗效评定有较大价值。本文就CHEPs技术的应用及其进展进行综述。
