民生视域下“体育”在我国政府工作报告(1954-2013)中的分析研究

Analysis Research on Sports in Report on the Work of Chinese Government(1954—2013) Under People's livelihood

自1949年建国以来,我国体育事业从1984年洛杉矶奥运会的第一块金牌,到2008年北京奥运会的金牌榜奖牌榜的双重第一,我国的运动健儿取得了举世瞩目的成就。党中央、国务院根据国家形势和经济发展状况,在历年的国家政府工作报告中不仅充分肯定了上年体育事业取得的成绩,还对体育事业未来的发展指明了方向、制定了任务。经过整理,从1954年至2013年间,"体育"字样在历年国务院政府工作报告中共出现195次(1961年-1977年缺失)。在历年政府工作报告中,每一年关于"体育"表述的内容、位置、频率等均有所不同,但有一定的规律性,表现出明显的时代特性。

Since the founding of People＇s Republic China in 1949,sports enterprise from the first gold medal in 1984 Olympics games in Los Angeles,to 2008 Beijing Olympic Games gold medal tally of double first,our country＇s athletes have made remarkable achievements. The CPC central committee and the state council according to the national situation and economic development,in the past years of national government work report not only sports career achievements fully affirmed the previous year,also pointed out the direction to the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports in the future,made the task. After finishing,30 years from the 1954 to 2013,the word＂sports＂in the past the government work report of the state council of the communist party of China in 195 times（ 1961- 1977 loss）. In the calendar year report the government work,each year about the content of the ＂sport＂expression,location,frequency,etc are different,but has the certain regularity,showing obvious times feature.
