摘要
为有效降低氨纶/棉包芯纱的毛羽,提高其耐磨性,研制了2种浆料配方,并与工厂生产用配方一起对氨纶/棉包芯纱进行浆纱实验,测试了不同浆料配方浆纱的各项性能.结果表明,最适合氨纶/棉包芯纱的浆料配方为:变性淀粉60%;PVA25%;聚丙烯酸10%;乳化油5%.
Two kinds of sizing formula were developed to reduce the hairiness and improve the abrasion resistance of spandex/cotton core-spun yarn.The two kinds of sizing formula and factory′s formula were used for sizing experiments on spandex/cotton core-spun yarn,the sizing performance of those three kinds of formula was compared.The results show that the best formula for pandex/cotton core-spun yarn sizing is 60% of modified starch,25% of PVA,10% of polyacrylic acid and 5% of emulsified oil.
