摘要
针对我国数控龙门铣床设计水平低下的现状,借助现代设计方法,首先在PRO/E软件中建立横梁移动式龙门铣床的整机三维模型,然后用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对数控龙门铣床的主结构龙门进行静力、模态、谐响应和响应谱分析,并对其动、静态特性进行分析评价.该方法为龙门铣床的机械结构设计、减振降噪及改善精度提供一定的理论依据.
Based on the fact that the design level of domestic milling machine is relatively low,the 3D model of the large CNC mobile beam-type gantry milling machine using modeling software PRO/E,is developed,conducting static analysis,model analysis,harmonic analysis and response spectrum analysis of main structure gantry of CNC milling machine with finite element analyzing software ANSYS Workbench,and then its static and dynamic features have been evaluated.The analyzing process can serve as the theoretical reference mechanical structure design,reducing vibration and noise and improving precision of the CNC gantry-type milling machine.
