摘要
以乳化液泵曲轴为研究对象,运用Solidwork建立乳化液泵曲轴的三维模型,然后运用Ansys Workbench 12.0对曲轴应力和模态进行分析,确定曲轴危险截面及相应的最大应力值和曲轴自身固有特性.对曲轴整体在安装无偏心和有偏心两种工况下做分析,将得出的结果和许用值进行对比.结果表明,曲轴在安装有偏心的工况下,其强度不满足工作要求,因此,给出相应改善建议,从而为乳化液泵曲轴的结构优化奠定理论基础.
Based on the crankshaft of emulsion pump as the research object,a solid model of the crankshaft is created by Solidwork,using the Ansys Workbench 12 for the crankshaft to do static analysis and the model analysis,so as to confirm the dangerous section and the corresponding maximum stress of the crankshaft,and make sure the inherent characteristic of the crankshaft.The whole crankshaft is analyzed under the two working conditions of No eccentricity and eccentric of assemble.Comparing the results with the allowable values,the result shows that the strength of the crankshaft does not meet the requirements under the working conditions of eccentric.Therefore,the corresponding improvement suggestions is put forward,for further structure design to lay the foundation.
