摘要
"云诊断管理平台"包括基于云计算的"云诊断平台"和"云管理平台"两大部分。"云诊断平台"充分利用局域网、互联网运行医院数据,可实现业务数据的集中处理及远程会诊,同时可以减少基层医疗机构信息化建设的重复投入,提高医疗质量,改善患者就诊体验,节约医疗资源。文章对"云诊断管理平台"的功能设计及系统应用进行了介绍,并对系统的安全性进行了分析。
The Cloud Diagnosis Management Platform included cloud computing based the Cloud Diagnosis Platform and the Cloud Management Platform.The Cloud Diagnosis Platform uses effectively the local area network and internet to run hospital data,which can realize the centralized management of business data and remote consultation.Furthermore,it can reduce duplication of investment of the informatization construction in grassroots medical institutions,reduce development cost,improve medical care quality,improve patient experience,alleviate the pressure of large hospitals,and save medical resources.The paper introduced the functional design and systematic application of the Cloud Diagnosis Management Platform,and analyzed the safety of the system.
