摘要
对NJ型圆柱滚子轴承轴向凸出量的测量方法进行了探讨,分析轴承轴向凸出量离散性大的原因,通过在外圈非基准端面做工艺标记及提高合套零件加工精度对轴承轴向凸出量进行控制,保证了批量轴承轴向凸出量在要求的范围内。
The measuring method is discussed for axial protruding amount of NJ type cylindrical roller bearings,and the reasons for high dispersion for axial protruding amount are analyzed.The axial protruding amount is controlled by mark-ing process sign on non-reference end face of outer rings and improving machining accuracy of assembled parts,the axial protruding amount of batch bearings is guaranteed within the scope of the requirements.
