摘要
通过试验分析了G95Cr18钢在不同回火温度下的冲击韧度,并对冲击断口进行了宏观观察分析。结果表明,该钢的第一类回火脆性温度在350℃左右;纤维区(含裂纹源区)+放射区在断口上所占面积比与相应回火温度下的冲击韧度值基本一致。
The impact toughness and fracture morphology have been investigated for G95Cr18 steel tempered at different temperatures.The results show that the first temper brittleness of G95Cr18 is at about 350℃.The area ratio of fiber ar-ea (including crack source area)+radiation zone in the fracture surface is basically consistent with impact toughness corresponding tempering temperature.
