护理质量分组管理的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Nursing Quality Management Grouping

将护理人员分为5组,各组均4人,分别为安全质控管理组、危重患者管理组、护理文件检查组、临床教学组及优质护理管理组,明确各组职责,分工合作。实行分组管理后,提高了护理质量及患者、护士满意度。

All nurses of the department were divided into five groups with four people in each group,which included safe quality control management group,management group of critically ill patients,nursing documentation inspection group,clinical teaching group and quality care management group.Each group had clearly responsibilities and division of labor.After the implementation of group management,the quality of care and patient,nurse satisfaction were improved.
