摘要 介绍了转子系统油膜涡动与振荡的产生机理和故障特征。应用谐波小波变换对转子振动信号进行故障分析,提取故障特征信息,从而识别出油膜涡动与振荡。通过转子试验台模拟油膜涡动与振荡,并基于Labview平台开发了基于谐波小波滤波的信号处理系统,与FIR滤波的对比分析表明,谐波小波变换结果更好,特征提取结果更为精确。 Describes the mechanism and characteristics of the rotor system failures'oil whirl an d oil whip.The harmonic wavelet transform is used to process rotor speed signal up for failure analysis,extracting fault information to identify the whirl and oil whip.Simulates the rotor oil whirl and oil whip by the rotor test bed.The signal processing system based on harmonic wavelet filtering is developed with the Labview platform.It shows that the conversion result of harmonic wavelet is better than FIR digital filter and the feature extraction result is more accurate.
