摘要
分析了圆锥滚子轴承寿命试验中挡圈脱落的原因,并对试验装置进行了2种改进。试验表明,使用锁紧衬套或锁紧外圈和挡圈的工装均可有效防止挡圈脱落。
The shedding problem for pressure retaining collar of tapered roller bearing in life test is analyzed.Two kinds of solving methods for test device are adopted.The test indicated that using a lock sleeve or locking device could prevent the collar from shedding effectively.
