摘要
对乡镇卫生院检验科质量管理中存在的检验人员业务素质偏低、缺乏有效的学术建设激励机制、"三基"训练流于形式、生物安全意识薄弱、缺乏质控管理体系、质量安全意识不强等问题进行了分析,针对这些问题提出了加强人员交流、鼓励参加学术活动、开展"三基"训练竞赛、加强质控管理、规范样品采集等建议,以期加快乡镇卫生院检验科质量建设,提升服务能力。
The paper analyzed the problems in the quality management of the Laboratory Department in township hospitals,which included the low professional quality,the lack of effective academic incentives,a mere formality of the ＂three bases＂ training,the weak bio-safety awareness,the lack of quality control management system,the weak sense of quality and safety,etc.The suggestions included to strengthen personnel exchanges and encourage participation of academic activities,carry out the ＂three basics＂ training competition,strengthen quality control management,standardize sample collection quality,etc.,in order to accelerate the quality construction of the Laboratory Department in township hospitals and to improve service performance.
