Nesfatin-1与生殖 被引量：3

摘要 Nesfatin-1是一种下丘脑神经肽,具有抑制摄食的功能。而能量平衡与生殖功能密切相关,近来研究表明Nesfatin-1参与生殖。本文综述了Nesfatin-1的结构、分布及其在调节促性腺激素分泌、初情期启动和胚胎发育等方面的作用,为进一步研究Nesfatin-1对生殖的影响提供依据。
