经颅刺激技术在脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见的功能障碍,由其所致的吸入性肺炎、脱水、营养不良及心理障碍等并发症,严重影响患者的生存质量,甚至危及生命。近年来经颅重复磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)和tDCS技术(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)作为两种无创性的康复治疗技术,广泛应用于癫痫、抑郁症、帕金森病等疾病,同时亦为脑卒中后吞咽障碍、运动障碍、失语症、认知功能等功能障碍的康复带来了希望。
