肌力反馈训练对手外伤患者手功能恢复的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察肌力反馈运动控制训练在手外伤患者手功能恢复中的疗效。方法:手外伤患者40例随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。2组均进行常规的运动治疗及作业治疗等综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上增加肌力反馈运动控制训练。结果:治疗4周后,2组患者肌力、Carroll手功能评定(UEFT)及手指总主动活动范围(TAM)均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组肌力及UEFT评分较对照组提高更显著(P<0.05),2组TAM值比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :肌力反馈运动控制训练能显著地改善手外伤患者手指肌力及关节活动范围,并能明显的提高患者手功能。
