多效唑与膨大素组合对脱毒怀地黄生长发育和品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨多效唑(PP333)与膨大素(CPPU)组合对怀地黄产量和品质的影响,为脱毒怀地黄高产优质生产提供实践参考。【方法】在85-5怀地黄脱毒苗块茎膨大期用PP333200.0 mg/L和CPPU 0、0.667、1.333和2.000 mg/L喷施怀地黄脱毒苗,调查怀地黄脱毒苗的株高、冠幅、功能叶面积和叶片数等形态指标,收获后测定其产量和品质。【结果】PP333浓度为200.0 mg/L时,怀地黄脱毒苗的株高、叶面积和冠幅随CPPU喷施浓度和次数的增加呈逐渐下降趋势,产量随CPPU喷施浓度的增加呈先上升后下降趋势,其中CPPU 1.333 mg/L处理产量最高,为80520.00 kg/ha;怀地黄块茎的梓醇含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量随CPPU浓度增加呈逐渐增高趋势,在CPPU浓度2.000 mg/L时分别达17.23和0.93 mg/g。CPPU浓度为1.333 mg/L时,喷施1次和两次的怀地黄产量较高,喷施3次的产量较低;喷施两次1.333 mg/L CPPU的怀地黄块茎梓醇含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量最高,分别为17.15和1.35 mg/g。【结论】PP333和CPPU组合处理脱毒怀地黄能有效提高其产量,改善其品质,提高其药用价值;在怀地黄高产优质栽培中,推荐喷施两次PP333200.0 mg/L和CPPU 1.333 mg/L组合。 【Objective 】Effects of combined application of paclobutrazol and forchlorfenuron on the growth and quality of virus-free Rehmannia glutinosa Libosh. Hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao were studied to provide references for producing high-quality and high-yield Rehmannia glutinosa L. 【Method 】Foliage spray experiments were made with PP333 at the concentration of 200.0 mg/L, combined with CPPU at 0, 0.667, 1.333, and 2.000 mg/L, during tuber expansion period of Rehmannia glutinosa L. hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao 85-5. Plant height, crown width, leaf area, and leaf number were investigated, and the yield and quality of 85-5 were measured after harvest. 【Result 】After foliage spray with PP333 at 200.00 mg/L, plant height, leaf area, and crown width of 85-5 were decreased with increasing dosages and application times of CPPU. The highest yield of 85-5 tuber was 80520.00 kg/ha when the dosage of CPPU was 1.333 mg/L. The catalpol and verbascoside contents in the tuber were increased with increasing dosages of CPPU, and their content was 17.23 mg/g and 0.93 mg/g, respectively, after applied with CPPU at 2.000 mg/L.When the dosage of CPPU was 1.333 mg/L, the 85-5 tuber yields were higher after applied CPPU once and twice than applied three times. After applied CPPU twice at a concentration of 1.333 mg/L, the catalopl and verbascoside contents in the tuber got to the highest : 17. 15 mg / g and 1. 35 mg / g, respectively. 【 Conclusion 】 The combined application of PP333 and CPPU could effectively improve yield, quality and medicinal value of virus-free Rehmannia glutinosa L.. The optimal combination of PP333 and CPPU application for high yield and quality cultivation of virus-free Rehmannia glutinosaoptimal L. is twice foilage spray of 200.00 mg/L PP333 and 1.333 mg/L CPPU.
