摘要
【目的】评价抗除草剂转基因水稻对稻田主要病害发生的影响,为抗除草剂转基因水稻的病虫草害综合防治及其生态安全性评价提供科学数据。【方法】以抗除草剂转基因水稻Bar68-1及对照非转基因亲本D68为材料,分别调查田间稻瘟病、纹枯病、白叶枯病和条纹叶枯病等病害的病情指数及紫鞘病、叶鞘腐败病等病害的病株率,比较转基因稻田和非转基因对照稻田各主要病害的发生情况。【结果】转基因水稻Bar68-1田间主要病害为纹枯病(病情指数为8.1~40.7),有少量稻瘟病发生,水稻紫鞘病(病株率为6.7%~48.0%)和叶鞘腐败病(病株率为14.2%~28.7%)等病害也有发生,所发生病害的病情指数或病株率与对照相比均无显著差异(P〉0.05);试验期间Bar68-1和D68稻田均未发生水稻条纹叶枯病、白叶枯病和稻曲病。【结论】转基因抗除草剂水稻Bar68-1对稻田主要病害的发生无显著影响,没有增加稻田主要病害发生危害的风险。
【Objective 】The effects of genetically modified herbicide-tolerant(GMHT) rice on diseases occurrence in rice paddy field were evaluated to provide scientific references for integrated pest management and ecological risk assessment of genetically modified(GM) rice. 【Method 】Transgenic rice line, Bar68-1, was tested for the effects on disease occurrence by means of investigation in paddy fields, compared with their untransformed counterpart D68 by disease index of rice sheath blight, rice blast, rice stripe virus disease, bacterial blight and false smut, and disease incidence of rice purple sheath and sheath rot disease. 【Result 】The results showed that sheath blight(disease index:8.1-40.7) was the main disease occurred in fields of GMHT rice Bar68-1, and rice blast occurred but the disease index was low. Other diseases such as rice purple sheath( disease incidence : 6. 7 %- 48. 0 %) and sheath rot disease(disease incidence: 14.2%-28.7%) also occurred. The disease indexes or rates of diseased plant in the field of GMHT rice Bar68- 1 were not significantly different from those of non- GM rice D68( P〉0. 05). Rice stripe virus disease, bacterial blight and false smut were not found in this survey. 【Conclusion 】GMHT rice Bar68-1 doesn't obviously affect the main diseases and won 't increase the risk of disease occurrence in paddy fields.
