复方天门冬多糖注射液对猪伪狂犬病疫苗免疫效果的影响 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】明确复方天门冬多糖注射液对猪伪狂犬病疫苗免疫效果的影响,为有效防控猪伪狂犬病提供理论依据。【方法】选择30头不带野毒感染的三元杂交猪,随机分为6组,每组5头,分别设为猪伪狂犬病疫苗+复方天门冬多糖注射液(高、中、低)剂量组(I^III)、猪伪狂犬病疫苗+瘟毒清药物对照组(IV)、猪伪狂犬病疫苗对照组(V)和空白对照组(VI),以探讨复方天门冬多糖注射液对猪接种伪狂犬病疫苗后抗体水平和血清细胞因子的影响。【结果】复方天门冬多糖注射液中剂量组(II)的血清抗体水平相对较稳定,其平均抗体阻断率基本维持在50%左右。至给药后第28 d,II组的血清IL-2水平升至108.75±34.15 pg/m L,且在整个试验过程均维持在90.00 pg/m L以上,前后波动不明显;在血清总蛋白和白蛋白方面,注射给药前均以II组的水平较低,分别为56.22±7.04和28.11±3.52 g/L,至给药后第28 d则以II组的水平最高,分别为80.50±2.43和40.25±1.21 g/L,均显著高于V组和VI组(P<0.05);血清溶菌酶水平方面,以II组和III组的血清溶菌酶水平波动较小,均维持在50.00μg/m L以上。各处理组间的血清XOD活性与NO水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】复方天门冬多糖注射液对猪伪狂犬病疫苗有增效作用,其临床推荐用法用量为:接种猪伪狂犬病疫苗后按0.125 m L/kg的剂量进行肌内注射,1次/d,连用3 d。 【Objective 】The effect of compound Asparagus cochinchinensis polysaccharide(ACP) injection on immunity of porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV) vaccine was investigated in order to provide theoretical basis for preven-tion and control of PRV. 【Method 】In order to investigate the effects of compound ACP injection on PRV antibody level and serum cytokines, thirty uninfected three-breed crossbred pigs were selected and divided randomly into six groups with five pigs each. Out of six groups, pigs in group I-III were treated with PRV vaccine compound ACP injection(low-dose, moderate-dose and high-dose), respectively; pigs in group IV were treated with PRV vaccine Wenduqing drug control, pigs in group V were treated with vaccine, and pigs in group VI were the blank control without any treatment. 【Result 】The antibody level of pig serum in high-dose ACP group II was stable relatively, and its average antibody blocking rate maintained basically at around 50%. On the 28 th day of treating, the serum IL-2 level of pig serum in group II decreased to 108.75 ±34.15 pg/mL, and it maintained at above 90.00 pg/mL and without obvious fluctuation during the process of test. The total protein and albumin level of pigs in group II were relatively lower before injection, which were 56.22 ±7.04 and 28.11 ±3.52 g/L, respectively. On the 28 thday of treatment, the total protein and albumin of group II were the highest and significantly higher than those of group V and group VI(P〈0.05), which were 80.50 ±2.43 and 40.25 ±1.21 g/L, respectively. The serum lysozyme of pigs in group II andⅢ showed small fluctuation and maintained at above 50.00 μg/mL. The differences of XOD activity and NO level were found not significant among different treated groups( P〉0. 05). 【 Conclusion 】 Compound ACP injection could enhance the immunity of pig PRV vaccine, its clinical recommended usage and dosage were as follows: combining with PRV vaccine, intramuscular injection of 0.125 mL/kg dosage once a day for 3 days continuously.
