摘要
针对装载双作用液压油缸的专用车辆在液压油缸安装过程中经常出现用力不均造成液压油缸活塞杆弯曲和密封件失效等问题,设计了一种液压油缸安装装置,有效地解决了安装中的问题,提高了安装质量和装配效率,确保了介质的清洁度,延长了液压系统的使用寿命。
In order to solve the hydraulic cylinder installation problem of piston rod bending and sealant failure that caused by human or mechanical force uneven when a special purpose vehicle equipped with a hydraulic cylinder, a new hydraulic cylinder installation equipment has been designed for all the special vehicles that use double- acting hydraulic cylinder. The installation quality and efficiency were improved and the life span of the hydraulic system was increased .
