甲苯二异氰酸酯装置光气化反应精馏过程模拟优化 被引量:2

摘要 分析了光气化法生产甲苯二异氢酸酯(TDI)的工艺流程特点,建立了胺盐反应动力学模型,结合反应精馏塔的工艺参数及操作条件,胺盐的反应精馏塔进行模拟。考察了塔釜温度、侧线采出温度、塔釜停留时间和塔板停留时间的变化对胺盐转化率及再沸器热负荷的影响,得到了优化的参数,即塔釜温度150℃,侧线采出温度为92℃,塔釜停留时间20 min。优化结果使得胺盐转化率达到99.5%,为工业实际操作提供参考。 According to analyze the process parameters of Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) by the method of phosgenation production,the reaction disti)lation,dynamic model is established.The article simulated reaction rectification tower of amine salt combined with the process parameters and operating conditions of reaction rectification tower.Extraction temperature of different lateral line,reactor temperature of different tower,stay time of tower plate,and the influence of reactor residence time on amine salt conversion rate and of the reboiler heat load are simulated and optimized analysis.The results are obtained as follows:the tower kettle temperature is 150℃,the lateral line extraction temperature is92 ℃the column reactor residence time is 20 min.Optimization results amine salt conversion rate reached 99.5%,actual operation to provide the reference for industry.
