摘要
研究目的:针对珠三角城际铁路特点,充分发挥槽形梁的自身优势,通过综合比选分析研究,提出适用于珠三角城际铁路的32 m双线简支槽形梁方案。研究结论:(1)提出了适用于珠三角城际铁路的斜墙式Γ形腹板,实体底板的32 m双线简支槽形梁方案;(2)经过综合比选,确定了电缆槽放置在槽底轨道两侧的桥面布置形式;(3)对结构各部位尺寸进行了多程序、多模型的分析比选,所推荐的方案满足使用功能,计算的各项指标满足规范要求;(4)所推荐的方案满足整体预制架设施工的需求,运架一体机更适合槽形梁,并提出运架一体机荷载图式;(5)本研究成果能够指导双线简支槽形梁尝试在城际铁路中推广使用,同时也为在其他标准的铁路、地铁中槽形梁的选择提供参考。
Research purposes: Aiming at the characteristics of Pearl River Delta Intercity Railway, in order to give full play to advantages of trough grider, through comprehensive comparison and analysis research, this paper proposed scheme of 32 m double track simply supported trough grider for Pearl River Delta Intercity Railway. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) Proposed scheme of 32 m double track simply supported trough grider with inclined wall F shaped web and solid bottom for Pearl River Delta Intercity Railway. (2)After comprehensive comparison, determined the deck arrangement that the cable trough is placed on both sides of the bottom of the groove track. (3) By analysis and comparison of various parts of the structure size for multiple program, multiple model, the recommended scheme met the use function, the index of calculation met the specification. (4)The recommended scheme satisfied the integral prefabricated erection construction demand, the transport frame integrated machine was more suitable for the trough grider, and put forward the transport frame integrated machine loading schema. (5)The research results can play a guiding role in the promotion and use of double simply supported trough grider of the intercity railway, as well as play a reference role in trough grider selection of other standard railway and subway.
