摘要 建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定苯醚甲环唑原药含量的方法,乙腈―水(体积比60∶40)为流动相,检测波长225 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),2.5um),紫外检测器。平均回收率为103.6%,标准偏差为0.37%,变异系数为0.38%;方法线性相关性系数0.999 7,适用于产品质量的检测分析。 A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the content of the difenoconazole original drug. Measurement conditions was by Column ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.), 2.5 um), by UV detector with detection wavelength 225 nm in mobile phase of acetonitrile- water(V/V, 60∶40), with flow rate of 1 m L/min. The results showed that the average recovery was 103.6% with standard deviation of 0.37% and variation coefficient of 0.38%, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 7. The method was applicable to detection of the quality of the products.
