心理咨询师在价值冲突情境中的价值参与程度调查

Survey of counselors' value interference when facing value conflictual situations

目的:考察心理咨询师在面对价值冲突情境时的自身价值参与程度。方法:选取75名咨询师,采用自编价值冲突情境问卷(包括价值中立、价值澄清、价值引导和价值灌输4个水平),调查其在面对价值冲突情境时的价值参与情况。结果:咨询师在4种价值参与水平上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),价值澄清得分最高,价值中立次之,价值引导和价值灌输得分最低。最高学历专业为心理学的咨询师的价值澄清得分高于医学专业的咨询师[(5.2±0.1)vs.(4.0±0.4),P<0.05]。咨询师的从业时间与价值引导、价值灌输得分呈负相关(r=-0.26、-0.25,均P<0.05)。结论:在面对不同的价值冲突情境时,咨询师更倾向于价值澄清和价值中立式的回应,而很少做出价值引导和价值灌输式的回应。

Objective：To study on what degree of value interference that counselors will apply when facing value conflictual situations in counseling.Methods：Totally 75 counselors were investigated.The Situational Value Conflict Questionnaire edited by authors （including value free,value clarifying,value guiding and value instilling） were used to measure their responds to value conflictual situations in counseling.Results：Counselors＇ responds on four value interference levels were significantly different（P ＜0.001）.They scored highest on value clarifying,then on value free,and lowest on value guiding and value instilling.Counselors whose highest academic qualification were psychology scored higher than those whose were medical science on value clarifying [（5.2 ± 0.1） vs.（4.0 ± 0.4）,P ＜ 0.05].Counselors＇practicing hours were negatively correlated with their scores on value guiding and value instilling （r =-0.26,-0.25,Ps ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：When facing value conflictual situations in counseling,counselors are more likely to respond with an attitude of value clarifying and value free,instead of value guiding and value instilling.
