摘要
备件横向转运补给是提高装备保障效率的有效途径,针对现有研究不适应部队多级维修供应模式的问题,根据VMETRIC和生灭过程理论,建立了三级保障模式下多类可修备件的库存转运模型,运用启发式算法对模型进行求解,通过仿真验证了算法的正确性。研究了多种保障效能评估指标,以装备可用度为约束、备件购置费用最低为目标,采用边际优化算法得到最优库存方案,并与非转运条件下的方案进行比较。在实际案例中,本文构建的转运模型在提高各项保障效能指标的同时使备件购置费用降低了22.35%。
Supplying the spare parts with lateral transshipments is an effective approach to improve support effectiveness.Since the existing researches do not meet the demands of multi-echelons maintenance supply system in army,inventory model considering three-echelon support system for repairable items with lateral transshipments is built based on the theories of life-death process and VMETRIC in this paper.The model is solved in a simple and efficient heuristic algorithm and the simulation shows that the model produces accurate estimation.Various support effectiveness indexes are researched; with constraints of availability and the objective of the lowest cost,the optimal inventory distribution result is obtained by marginal optimization algorithm.Compared with the model with no transshipments,numerical studies show that the model put forward in this paper not only improves support effectiveness indexes,but also has purchase expense reduced by 22.35 %.
