Rice machine simple operating seedlings technique was a simple operation, farmers easier to accept a base technology. The machine simple operating seedlings planting technology was introduced in Pucheng county of Fujian province during the year of 2010-2012, which showed than the effect was very good, save cost 480 yuan/667m2. In this paper, we introduced simple operating seedlings cultivation technology in Pucheng country.
