摘要
以临沂地区智能配网调度自动化系统研发为背景,以实现配电网智能化为目的,提出了基于SCADA体系结构的智能配网调度自动化系统应用方案。从设计理念、系统体系架构、关键技术、原理、业务功能及其在实例中的应用等方面对智能配网自动化系统进行了阐述。该项目的研发,实现了配网监控、智能自愈等功能,形成了地区智能配网调度自动化系统实用化流程。实践结果证明,该系统的应用实现了配电网的智能管理,达到了合理调度的目的。
Based on the background of developing Linyi's intelligent distribution grid dispatching automation system,the intelligent distribution network dispatching automation system application process based on SCADA architecture is proposed in order to realize the intelligent distribution grid. In this paper,design concept is expatiated and the system structure,key technologies,principles,business functions and practical applications are introduced. This project realizes the functions of distribution grid monitoring and intelligent self-healing capability which forms the practical processes of a regional intelligent distribution grid dispatching automation system. The practical results prove that the application of the system achieves the intelligent management of distribution grid and the purpose of proper dispatching.
