摘要
综述了醇胺法、液相氧化还原法和非再生型脱硫剂法等三大类天然气脱硫脱碳方法的工艺特点与选择原则。1990年以来,醇胺法工艺最重要的技术进步是配方型溶剂的开发与应用。在特定情况下,以自循环式络合铁法装置替代克劳斯装置处理醇胺法装置的再生酸气,其独特的技术经济优势得到迅速推广。以膜分离、低温分馏和变压吸附等三大物理分离技术脱除二氧化碳的工艺则是未来的发展方向。提出建议:对活化MDEA法和膜分离法脱碳工艺的技术开发给予充分重视。
Reviewed are process characteristics and selection principle of such natural gas desulfurization and decarburization processes as alcohol amine method,liquid phase oxidation reduction method and non-renewable type desulfurizer method.Since 1990,the most important technological advance of the alcohol amine method is development and application of formulated solvents.Under certain circumstances,the process of replacing Claus sulfur recovery unit with the self-circulation chelated iron process unit for treating the regenerated acid gas from alcohol amine method sulfur recovery unit has been rapidly popularized due to its unique technical and economic advantages,Application of such physical separation techniques as membrane separation,cryogenic fractionation and pressure swing adsorption in carbon dioxide removal will become the development direction in the future and it is suggested that enough attention is paid to the technological development of the activated MDEA method and membrane separation method decarburization process.
