Analysis on Factors Affecting LNG Plant Investment

为研究LNG工厂投资的主要影响因素,在简单介绍LNG工厂工艺的基础上,通过实际工程建设投资统计研究分析,得出:项目生产规模、液化工艺、LNG储罐、原料气气质与产品标准、LNG工厂选址及布局等为LNG工厂投资的主要影响因素。在项目设计阶段,技术经济专业人员应积极配合工艺设计人员,根据上述主要影响因素对项目规模、项目地址、工艺路线、总平面布置以及主要关键技术设备等进行多方案比选以优化设计,有效控制和降低LNG工厂建设投资。

In order to study and analyze relative factors which may affect LNG plant investment,it is necessary to understand technological process of LNG plant and identify those factors affecting investment.Briefly introduced are four main process techniques used in LNG plant technological process and conducted is analysis on practical engineering cases.Study results show that LNG plant production scale,liquefaction technology,plant site selection and layout have significant effect on LNG plant investment.In preliminary design of LNG plant,optimization shall be conducted on plant site selection,general layout,technological process and key equipment selection so as to control its investment.
