摘要
混凝土消防水池应用广泛,地下水位较高的地区,需高度重视消防水池的抗浮设计;施工过程中应采取可靠措施,避免出现渗漏缺陷。抗浮设计常用自重抗浮、压重抗浮、降水抗浮、锚杆抗浮等方法,根据消防水池的容积及地基条件选择合适的抗浮设计方法,以减少工程建设成本,降低施工难度。针对消防水池施工缝、池壁转角、预埋套管等部位的渗漏原因,采取相应的预控措施,能有效地避免渗漏缺陷。对孔洞、裂缝、蜂窝麻面等不同形式的渗漏缺陷,采取相应的方法进行堵漏,能保证消防水池施工质量。
Concrete fire pool design is widely used in different projects.However,in those areas with high underground water level,floatation accidents happen usually.In anti-floating design,such methods are commonly used as self-weight method,weight-increasing method,precipitation method and anchor rod method.In fire pool design,ballast soil weight method shall be preferred so as to reduce concrete consumption.Detail structures of fire pool shall be designed optimally and engineering construction difficulty and cost shall be reduced as far as possible.In construction of fire pool,precautionary measures shall be taken for positions easy to leak.
