Dumper is a large mechanical equipment dumping railway carriage bulk material, he mainly rely on the large diameter end ring gear to achieve the overall turnover unloading three to four train carriage, very high efficiency, wide application. This paper introduces the manufacturing process of large ring gear, focuses on the key technology of end ring structure, heat treatment, machining, assembly, through production practice, to meet the requirements of equipment.
