筒仓储煤自燃预警方法的研究和应用

Study and Application on Pre-Warning for Self-Ignition of Stored Coal in Silo

通过实验室研究与现场实际相结合的方法,分析了黄骅港三期筒仓所储6种煤样在实验条件下所产生气体的变化规律,确定倒仓的临界温度,选取适合于监测筒仓所储煤种的指标气体,并将两种预警指标应用于筒仓现有安全监测装置,确定防止煤体自燃的预警方法,指导筒仓的安全运营。

Through the method combination with lab study and spot experiment, this paper analyzes the time related changing trend from the gas produced under lab condition for 6 kinds of coal samples stored in 3rd stage of silos in Huanghua Port, so the critical temperature for the coal turning over among silos is determined and the target gas suitable for monitoring the type of coal stored in silo is selected down. By application of those two pre - warning indexes to the safety monitoring equipment mounted on the silos, the pre - warning method for anti coal self - ignition is determined, in turn it can direct the silo safe operation.
