摘要
文章以对肼苯磺酸和3-甲基-2-丁酮为原料合成2,3,3-三甲基-3H-吲哚-5-磺酸,再制得钾盐,由钾盐合成两种N-烷基取代吲哚季铵盐,最后采用一步法合成水溶性三甲川菁染料。所合成的染料经C-18反相柱分离提纯,利用核磁共振氢谱进行结构表征,并测试染料的光谱性能。
2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indoleninium-5-sulfonate was synthesized using phenyl hydrazine sulfonic acid and 3-methyl-2-butanone in acidic medium. lndole derivative and two kinds of N-alkyl-2,3,3-trimethyl- 3H- indoleninium-5-sulfonates were synthesized. The watersoluble cyanine dye Cy3 was synthesized by one step. The title dye was purified by C18 reverse phase column chromatograph. The structure of the cyanine dye was confirmed by tHNMR. The spectral properties of the title dye were detected.
