摘要
本课题通过培养金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,枯草菌等菌种,用涂布平板法测定了多种中氮茚类化合物的抗菌活性,探究化合物结构以及浓度对抗菌活性的影响。结果表明,中氮茚类化合物对某些革兰氏阴性阳性菌均有一定的抗菌活性。
This topic cultivates a variety of species bacterial contain Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and so on, and detenmine the antibacterial activity of various indolizine compounds with spread plate method. Exploring the effect of the structure and the concentration of the compounds on the antibacterial activity. The results showed that each indolizine compounds have antibacterial activity for certain Gram-positive bacterial.
