摘要
润滑油基础油因加工工艺的不同使其在组成及相应的物理性质方面相差较大,基础油的运动粘度、粘度指数、密度等物性参数能反映出其组成的不同,同时这些物性参数也是影响基础油低温动力粘度变化的主要因素。文章通过研究不同工艺生产的基础油低温动力粘度(-15℃)随其组成及物性变化的规律,通过数据拟合法得出相应的函数关系式。结果表明,基础油的低温动力粘度与运动粘度、粘度指数和密度等具有较高的相关性。
Because of different processing technology of the lubricant base oil, physical properties and compositions of the lubricant base oil are quite different. Kinematic viscosity, viscosity index, density and other physical parameters of base oils can reflect their different cornpositions, and these physical parameters are also the main factors affecting the change of low temperature dynamic viscosity of base oils. In this paper, it was investigated that change rules of low temperature dynamic viscosity (-15 ℃) varied with compositions and physical properties of base oils by different processing technology. The relevant formula was obtained by data fitting. These results illustrate that it has higher correlation among low temperature dynamic viscosity, kinematic viscosity, viscosity index and density of base oils.
