15%硝磺草酮悬浮剂防除玉米田一年生杂草田间药效试验研究

Security and Efficacy of 15% Mesotrione SC Against Annual Weeds in Cornfields

2010年和2011年在华南农业大学教学农场植保分场进行了田间试验,研究了15％硝磺草酮悬浮剂防除玉米田一年生杂草的安全性及药效.试验结果表明：以制剂用量50～70 mL/667 m2（有效成分112.5～157.5 g/667 m2）可有效防除玉米田大部分一年生禾本科和阔叶类杂草,可兼防莎草科杂草,可满足玉米田防除杂草的实践需要.15％硝磺草酮悬浮剂有效成分270 g/hm2（制剂用量120mL/667 m2）以下剂量使用对玉米安全,对玉米田杂草持效期可长达30d以上.适宜用量为有效成分112.5～135.0g/hm2.

2010 and 2011 field experiment was conducted in the plant protection field of South China Agricultural University teaching farm, study the security and efficacy of 15 % mesotrione SC against annual weeds in cornfields. The test results show that： with the dosage 50-70 mL/667 m2 （the active ingredient 112.5-157.5 g/667 m2） can effectively kill most annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in corn field, and can prevent Cyperaceae weeds, which can meet the practical control of weeds in corn field needs. The corn was safety and production was not affected spraying 15 % mesotrione SC with effective components of 270 g,hm2 （120 mL/667 m2 dosage）, and the persistence period can be as long as more than 30 d. Suitable dosage of active ingredient is 112.5-135.0 g/hm2.
