摘要
芳基香豆素是一类拥有丰富药理活性的化合物,具有抗癌、抗白血病、抗凝血、抗过敏、抗炎、抗氧化等活性。对其衍生物的研究主要从拼合和衍生化两方面展开工作。文章综述了其在衍生物分子设计和合成两方面的研究进展。
Arylcoumarin possess rich activities, including anti-cancer, anti leukemia, anti coagulation, anti allergic, anti inflammation, anti-oxidation activity. New arylcoumarin compounds were mainly designed by incorporation and derivation. The progress in molecular design and synthetic methods of arylcoumarin and its derivatives are summarized in order to further research.
