偏二氯乙烯生产采用氯乙烯氯化法,以氯乙烯和氯气为原材料。由于氯气、氯乙烯危害性较大,偏二氯乙烯生产过程中的氯化反应极其危险,因此,根据相关法律法规和标准规范的要求,提出工艺设计中采取的一些安全措施供参考。

Vinylidene chloride production was used to vinyl chloride and chlorine gas as raw material. Due to chlorine gas and vinyl chloride are very harmful, chlorination reaction in the process is very dangerous, so, provide some safety measures in the process design for reference, according to the requirements of relevant laws and standards.
