摘要
目的建立原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定醋酸钠林格注射液中钾的含量。方法将样品稀释100倍后,加入2%氯化锶后,采用AAS法测定醋酸钠林格注射液中钾的含量。结果钾在0~3.006μg·m L^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000;平均回收率为101.4%(n=9),RSD为2.4%。结论本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于醋酸钠林格注射液中钾的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an AAS method to determine potassium in Sodium Acetate Ringer' s Injection. METHODS The sample was directly diluted 100 times and added 2% strontium chloride,the content of Potassium in the samples was determined by AAS. RESULTS The good linear relation was obtained from 0 to3. 006μg·m L^- 1for potassium with a regression coefficient of 1. 000. The averaged recovery rate of potassium was101. 4%(n = 9) with RSD of 2. 4%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control potassium in Sodium Acetate Ringer's Injection.
