摘要
我院依托科研俱乐部,从大学生创新训练计划项目、科研技能培训和学科竞赛等活动入手,在科技活动中实现传帮带,形成高年级学生帮助低年级学生的科研学风。我们从科研俱乐部组织建设、科研俱乐部智囊团建设、创新实践基地资源建设、创新实践基地管理和创新人才培养计划建设这五方面对创新培养体系进行建设。
Our school establishes a mutual help scientific research club. With the help of experienced seniors and teachers the innovative talents can get good grades in training programs for innovation academic competitions and practical skills training. Innovative training system consists of scientific research club building,think-tank build-ing,innovative practice base resource development and innovation practice base management and innovative train-ing plans.
