The industry-university-research cooperation provides an effective way for engineering colleges to culti-vate high quality graduates. During this process there are some problems needed to be solved. This paper discusses how to deal with the relationship between the training of high quality applied talents and completion of technology development project required by companies. It analyzes the contradictions between the industry-university-research cooperation and personnel training,puts forward the issues to be studied,presents specific solutions and introduces implementation effect.
