烟酸在反刍动物中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on Application of Niacin in Ruminant Production

烟酸是一种重要的维生素,在动物体内主要以辅酶Ⅰ和辅酶Ⅱ的形式参与机体代谢,在反刍动物生产中有十分重要的作用。本文结合其最新研究进展,从烟酸的理化性质、吸收代谢、来源与合成影响因素及在反刍动物生产中的应用等方面加以阐述,以期为生产实践中科学合理的利用烟酸提供一定的理论依据。

Niacin is one of important vitamins in animal body, mainly in the form of NAD and NADP participating in metabolism, which plays an important role in ruminant animal production. Its physic -chemical properties, absorption metabolism, sources and influence factors of synthesis, and application in ruminant production were summarized in the paper combining with the latest research progress, in order to provide theory for reasonable utilization of niacin in practice.
