摘要
目的探讨尿液半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)对糖尿病早期肾功能受损的临床应用价值。方法用Hitachi 7180全自动生化分析仪检测130例糖尿病肾病患者和80名健康体检者的血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C和尿液Cys C的水平。结果尿液Cys C浓度与血清尿素氮、肌酐、血清Cys C的水平随肾功能的减退而逐渐升高,呈正相关,但其敏感性更好。结论尿液Cys C浓度比血清肌酐、血清Cys C更能反映糖尿病肾病早期损害的情况,且对糖尿病肾病的阳性检出率更高。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of urinary cystatin C (Cys C) in early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), serum Cys C, and urinary Cys C in 130 patients with kidney disease and 80 healthy individuals were detected by automatic clinical chemistry analyzer (Hitachi 7180). Results The mean levels of urinary Cys C, serum Cys C and Scr, BUN increased gradually with renal hypofunction. Moreover, urinary Cys C was positively correlated with these two indexes and it was a more sensitive marker to reflect the kidney impairment. Conclusion Compared with serum BUN, Scr and serum Cys C, urinary Cys C is more sensitive to evaluate the inchoate damages on renal function and it is a better index for the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
