摘要
我国近年音乐产业对外贸易,无论是录音录像制品还是音乐电子出版物都存在严重逆差,在国际音乐市场上处于非常弱势的地位。中国数字音乐产业的市场条件仍不完善,数字音乐盗版泛滥,在线音乐销售额与美国等发达国家差距较大。但我国的数字音乐市场潜在用户群庞大,由于宽带的高速普及、与世界同步的移动通讯基础设施的建设,使得中国的数字音乐产业发展前景广阔。我国音乐产业必须打通版权保护的瓶颈,实现在线与非在线的融合,实现各链条之间互相衔接,中国的音乐产业对外贸易才能健康发展。
In recent years,the foreign trade of music industry in our country presents serious deficit not only in sound and video recordings but also in music electronic publications,which results in the disadvantageous position of China in the global music market.The market of China's digital music industry is still incomplete,with pirated digital music flooding and online music sales volume lagging behind that of the United States and other developed countries.But there is a huge group of potential users in our country's digital music market,due to the spread of high speed broadband,and synchronization with the worldwide mobile communication infrastructures broadens the prospects for the development of the digital music industry in China.In brief,China's music industry must break through the bottleneck of copyright protection,and realize online and offline integration in order to connect the chains and achieve the sound development of music industry foreign trade.
