统一的货币政策在不同的区域内有着不同的效能。根据区域经济金融特点,合理选择货币政策工具组合,进行货币政策的区域化操作,实现货币政策效能的区域性均衡已显得十分必要。
The unified monetary policy has different effects in different areas.It's necessary for us to choose and operate the combination of monetary policy instruments according to the financial char-acteristics of regional economy,then realize the regional equilibrium of monetary policy effect.
