摘要
菌核病是影响桑椹产量的主要病害,主要由菌核萌发产生孢子作为侵染源引起危害,为防治菌核病,对滁州地区果桑的菌核病进行种类调查、分离、纯化,并进行生物学特性研究。结果表明:病害主要为小粒性菌核病,子囊盘萌发高峰期是在4月中旬,采取冷刺激,紫外光照等方法能诱导桑椹菌核的萌发,22℃为菌丝生长的最适温度;麦麸琼脂培养基为最适培养基;弱酸性条件有利于菌丝的生长,1-5cm为菌核能萌发适宜深度。
Sclerotium disease is a major disease which affects the production of mulberry. The harm mainly is caused by spores germinated by Sclerotium. In order to prevent the damage, the species investigation, separation, purification, and biological characteristics of fruit mulberry sclerotium disease in chuzhou region were studied. The results show that the disease mainly was mulberry sorosus diminuting sclerote disease. The germination peak of ascus plate was in the middle of April, The cold stimulation and uv light can induce mulberry sclerotium germination. The optimal temperature for the mycelial growth was 22 ℃ Wheat bran agar was the optimum culture medium. Weak acid condition was helpful to the growth of hypha. 1-5 cm for sclerotium germination was the appropriate depth.
