MiTF家族相关性肾癌的研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 MiTF家族相关性肾癌包括Xp11．2易位／TFE3基因融合相关性肾细胞癌和t（6；11）（p21；q12）／TFEB基因融合相关性肾细胞癌。两者具有相似的临床特点、组织形态、免疫组化和分子遗传学特征，均以染色体易位形成转录因子基因，导致转录因子TFE3或TFEB过度表达，进而诱发肿瘤形成为特征。MiTF家族相关性肾癌的分子生物学及临床特点显著不同于其他肾细胞癌。本文结合国内外研究进展，阐述了MiTF家族相关性肾癌的发病机制、流行病学特点、组织病理学特征及生物学行为。
