后腹腔镜手术治疗马蹄肾峡部与异位血管致输尿管狭窄1例 被引量:2

摘要 马蹄肾临床少见,其峡部与异位血管间输尿管所致肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(ureteropelvic junction obstruction,UPJO)则临床罕见。2013年5月江苏省盱眙县人民医院泌尿外科收治1例,采用后腹腔镜手术治疗,临床效果较好,现报告如下。
