农业大省城镇化发展的产业制约与路径选择

Industrial Constraints and Path Choice in Urbanization Development of Major Agricultural Provinces

城镇化与产业之间具有紧密的内在联系,城镇化发展需要产业的有力支撑。农业大省城镇化本身有着许多特殊性,其城镇化水平和质量会直接影响到全国的城镇化进程。农业大省城镇化发展中面临诸多的产业制约因素,主要表现为农业产业现代化不足,减弱了对城镇化的推动力,非农产业不能充分吸纳就业,降低了对城镇化的拉动弹性。因此,农业大省在城镇化进程中应该夯实农业基础地位,加快推进农业现代化步伐,不断增加农民工资性收入,同时促进非农产业与城镇发展良性互动,推动特色城镇建设,积极拓展乡镇服务业,提高现代服务业容量,为城镇化发展提供有力保障。

There are close links between industry and urbanization ;urbanization development needs strong industrial support .Urbanization of major agricultural province itself has a lot of particularity , and its urbanization level and quality will directly affect the whole country＆#39;s urbanization process .Ur‐banization development in agricultural province is facing with many industry constraints ,mainly for lack of agricultural modernization will weaken the impetus for urbanization ,and non‐agricultural employ‐ment cannot be fully absorbed that reduces the pull elasticity of urbanization .Therefore ,a major agri‐cultural province in the process of urbanization should strengthen the fundamental position of agricul‐ture ,accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization ,increase the wage income of farmers ,while pro‐mote the positive interaction between non - agricultural industries and urban development ,promote characteristics of urban construction , actively expand tow nship services and improve the capacity of modern service industry ,to provide a strong guarantee for the development of urbanization .
