我国高校智库建设路径探析

A Study on the Think-tank Construction in Higher Institutions of China

高校智库是现代智库的重要类型,建设中国特色新型高校智库既是对我国现代智库建设国家战略的积极回应,也是发挥高校社会服务职能的具体体现和内在要求。当前,我国高校智库建设面临难得的机遇,同时也存在一些现实缺憾,对此高校应从明确目标定位、人才队伍和制度建设等方面入手,积极探索高校智库建设的科学路径。

Think‐tank in higher institutions is a major genre of modern think‐tanks .It is a positive re‐sponse to the call of national strategy that we shall construct a new think tank in higher institutions ,and an internal demand to fulfill the social service function of higher institutions .At present ,we face a good opportunity for the think‐tank construction in higher institutions ,though there do exist some regrets . Therefore ,higher institutions shall identify its roles ,start the job from the construction of personnel teams and systems ,and thus positively explore a scientific path to construct the think-tanks in higher institutions .
